It’s one of those places that’s gone from 60% white to 35% white in the last 25 years. The black population hasn’t changed much in that time but it’s become a big hub for Hispanic folks actually. I think it’s majority Hispanic these days.

Why this country still incentivizes the criminal underclass to breed more criminals to prey on the taxpayers is beyond me. Every single person receiving welfare payments should have to make a decision: to keep receiving the check you have to get snipped. If you want children, pay for them yourself.
It would be hilarious to watch the crowd celebrating the murder of children in the womb try to paint this as some inhumane measure.

Because the only solution, at least the only one that will actually solve the problem, is not a pleasant one to ponder.
It’s time we admit the truth, we have a sizable population of people that will never be compatible with civilized society. We’ve spent the better part of a century and trillions of dollars to try solve the problem. But, instead of getting better, it’s only getting worse. We can keep trying the same thing, which is the definition of insanity; or we can finally admit that some people and some cultures are simply a cancer that must be removed. The only solution is to separate them from society. I’m sorry. But we all know it’s true, even if most are afraid to admit it.

This is me. York and the surrounding area was about as white as it could get. My experience was 45 years ago, so I guess things have obviously changed (and not for the better).
Based on this, I imagine Lancaster is next.

I've thought along these same lines.
Along with any single parent with more than 3 kids.
Signing off on any kind of measure like this discussion would be political suicide, but it needs doing.

Every parent on here should use this as a teachable moment about the culture. No matter how wrong they are, they can always find something to be offended by.
