How does the whole child porn thing work in this scenario? I'm sure there have been a decent amount of underage kids sending nudes via snapchat, so essentially Snapchat is holding on to child porn. If those pictures are released, wouldn't they be liable for either possessing child porn or not protecting it well enough to deter it's release?

A bunch of user information got leaked last year not photos. Someone did hack a 3rd party app that people used to save snaps but it wasn't anywhere near 1 million.
I am also convinced SnapChat was developed by the CIA to gather incriminating information on people.
