I wish gyms had more free weights, but I'm happy with anytime. I go at 4am and 3:30pm so it's never crowded.

20 bucks a month is a steal. The Planet Fitness near me has everything I need. It has a crazy monkey bar pullup cage with belts and kettle bells and I just go ape.
There are always plenty of benches and weights. I get to take a shower and change. Great value, imo.

When I went to the one in Slidell it went off constantly. This one it never does and people are throwing weights all over the place and engaging in grunting contests.

I like snap better. I'm in central. It has DBs going up to 135. Has all the free weight stuff I need. It's 33 a month.

Tried to cancel at the original, but they said my "home base" moved since I was going to the other place more often. The new "home base" told me to go back to the other. So when I went back, the new "home base" acted like I didn't exist, because the hard copy paperwork was at the other location. Basically a huge clusterfrick, but I think that was more the individual locations and the idiots they hired there.

The Planet Fitness near me recently got rid of every single weight bench in the facility and replaced them with machine weights.
