Introvert here. Hate small talk during haircuts. Just ask me how I want my hair cut, start cutting, and check in 1-2 times with "is this okay?"

I feel the same way. I'm just there for a haircut and don't want to hear their gossip and bitching. If I want that, I'll talk to my wife.
