You do understand that the Dems control Congress and passing the funding and subsequent additions to the program right? Pelosi is intentionally holding up authorization of additional funds to try to score political points and add mechanisms to steal votes in the next election. This is 100% on her and the Democrats.

Donald Trump is not the reason the funds aren’t being replenished. That would be Speaker Pelosi. More money could have been added long before the funding ran out, but she would rather grandstand and take a nice long vacation.

How is legislative body responsible for the executive branches decisions ?
The GOP has the senate and the WH. Laws ultimately have to favor what they want. So Nancy just has to bend to their will?
Why should the Dems own the executive branches decisions.
Since when do you get to be the leader but not shoulder the blame? How does that work? It all falls on the WH and then the Senate. They make the last calls.

Nancy playing to steal votes is gonna cost them though. She ran a sham impeachment (she never wanted to do it) and her cowardice is gonna screw the Dems. How are you going to leave it to an election, with a weak candidate, tired and sick electorate, and a incumbent party that will openly lie, cheat, collude, voter suppress, and fraud their way to a win?

Oh the horror.
As opposed to a left wing liberal who “cares” about everyone else and THEIR money?
Thanks comrade, but I’ve had enough of everyone else worrying about me and my money. I’ll take care of myself.

Here, let me help you:
Notice the very first line of legislative body. They are the ones that come up with these bills, and decide the details of them. When it passes both sides of Congress, it goes to the president. It's not like Donald Trump is sitting in his office like Dr. Evil calling all the shots (the picture you're trying to paint here).
For the love of all that is holy, if you want to debate politics and be a smartass - at least have a 15 year old's basic knowledge and understanding of how the system works.
And for the record, Nancy Pelosi is to blame. She and her colleagues wanted to add all kind of pet projects to a bill that would have extended funding ($250 billion) to the paycheck protection program. So they all hit a stalemate, and now the House will not be back in session till May 4th. They could have given a quick pass on the bill, and saved the other shite up for debate when they get back.

I thought they were going to vote again Monday or Tuesday? Would have to be 100% approval, but, there is a method.

Most Ruth's Chris are owned by different people as franchises and are therefore separate small businesses. They each employ anywhere from 30-50 normal hard working people who deserve to be kept on payroll as much as any other a-hole out there. None of them are currently operating unless a few are doing takeout but i would guess there are none doing takeout and takeout is a losing battle anyway. If Ruth's Chris corporate got this they probably also have under 500 employees and are technically a small business. If you want to be pissed at anyone be pissed at Capital One. I bank with Capital One and they screwed every business owner that is with them.

Chase screwed us. Three of my friends that use small banks got theirs. Chase was “working” on their online application until 4/6. Local branch reps had no clue and didn’t seem to care.
Moving our business to a local bank.
