Seen some are updating with more remote monitoring, silent alerts, quiet zone near the rooms that alert nurses when they are too loud and red lights for when they have to enter rooms at night.

Try asking for something like melatonin. It helps some people. The lack of sleep at hospitals is one of the biggest ironies. A place of healing doesn’t allow a basic human function.
