Melatonin didn't work for me, because I never had a problem falling asleep, I had a problem staying asleep.

But ever since I started taking GABA capsules before bed last May, I've been sleeping all night. I used to wake up at 2am or 3am like clockwork and I'd be up for hours. Now I can sleep 8-9 hours straight.

Didn't think there'd be a magic pill for it, but GABA has worked for me.

Can you rec a GABA product?

Also I tried to REM eye ball trick last night and it worked pretty well! Thanks for the suggestion to whoever gave it...

Do you drink alcohol the night before? I read somewhere the liver sends a signal once it has all the booze cleared that wakes you up.

Like an alarm letting you know it’s time to drink again? I think mines broken

Now, last night, round 2 probably did take more cycles, probably 3 - 5 minutes and I had more of an interrupted sleep, but still in the B+ to A- region. No supplements. The only other thing I'm doing is taking a sauna.

Just get up and start your day at whatever time your body wakes up and make the most of it, there will be plenty time to rest when you no longer walk the earth.

Which, ironically, will come a lot sooner if you don’t get enough sleep
