My buddy has this and he basically says when he turns it on he has to fall asleep right away because it makes his tongue kind of hang out of his mouth.

I tried listening to “sleep” music and that was a disaster. Now I put on true crime podcasts, where there are two podcasters talking to each other and I am out like a light. Works so well, I do it every night now.
