100% this.

There are probably a total of 30 days in my life that are a complete mystery to me because of the above

Gotta be xanax and alcohol. Maybe he stopped at a bar somewhere along the ski slopes and met some people started partying and left with them.

My worst blackout in college-went to Nashoba County fair took like two bar and drank a lot of alcohol. Last thing I remember was watching the first race on a porch. Blacked out. When I came to, I was in Smith County on the back of a motor cycle with a friend who had not been with us at Neshoba County. I had lost about 12 hours of the day.

This is a well thought out cover story.

Randon truck driver. No witness- check
Slept the whole way. No details of trip in truck-check

The only hole- the haircut. He might have messed up there. He says he remembers that. Where did you get the haircut sir? Let's go have a talk with them. Was he alone? Was he wearing ski clothes when he got the haircut? Does he suddenly recall he got the haircut in New York? He got it somewhere. Maybe the truck driver was also a stylist and gave you the haircut during your trip sir?

I lost about 24 hrs in puerto vallarta, Mexico after drinking home made tequila in the pacific rainforest with a local lobster fisherman/restaurant owner. Me, my two buddies, my dad and his two friends all blacked out. We drove 2 hours out of the rainforest on a dirt road in a Jeep back to our hotel on the beach. One of the wives told us the hotel almost evicted us because when we got back we immediate went to the pool and began drinking and then we were in the pool yelling up to the “senoritas” on all the balconies like it was Mardi Gras for like 3-4 hours.

Anytime I think about quitting drinking, I remember how awesome that was and pour another one.

A guy I know found himself driving in Texas after leaving a party in NOLA three days later with no recollection of how he got there.

But there was massive amounts of weed and what he though were probably shrooms involved, so....
