I have never seen so many otherwise sane people lose their shite over the most innocuous things if they relate to trump. The media has completely brainwashed them in that regard and it’s way more than 1%

Any honest middle of the road or left leaning person will tell you the left is far worse about this than the right.

You're absolutely wrong, I used to be a leftist. You can go back into my ~dozen year post history here and see I was a leftist a long time ago arguing here on the poliboard (please don't though, I'm sure it's embarrassing, I was a kid).
But I left all of that precisely because all of the leftist friends around me descended into this ridiculousness. I didn't get that from the media. I got it from all of the people around me. I witnessed this bullshite. Similar shite with my girlfriend. Her best friend stopped hanging around with her and became "non-binary"

A few hundred? Even counting the hardcore Bernie supporters is a few million at most. My favorite show from back then (and probably ever) is Married With Children. I can only imagine a perpetually offended leftist trying to critique that show.

NYC Antifa twitter has 33K followers, Philly Antifa has 14K followers, Atlanta Antifa has 9K followers, etc.

Okay, So nationally that’s still what, 50 or 60 thousand, tops?
If you have to bring up Berkely you’re sort of proving my point that this sort of thing is only really going on with the farthest of the far left. If you had 10,000 kids doing this in Norman, Oklahoma then maybe you’d be on to something, at least with the college population who skews way left anyway.
