If my neighbors are being obnoxiously loud at unreasonable hours I don’t care what color their skin is, cops are being called.
Don’t like it, move to the ghetto they won’t mind or they will and you’ll get shot/stabbed/robbed/beaten to death. I don’t care either way

Only call 911 for medical/fire emergencies.
I've never called the police where I live now, but if I were a chick I probably would. Lots of sketchy (homeless) people hang out near my building and will approach you aggressively at 4:30 AM.
