Sinus crap

I hear this is going around. I got a version of it. Sinus drip causing throat to tickle create awful coughing. Throat is raw I have coughed so much. Luckily no fever. What works to fix this shite?

Delsym Cough 12 hour. My go to when I have a cough. Apple Cider Vinegar strait from the bottle is horrid, but kills the tickle too.

It’s over the counter now & I recently started using it. Cleared me up in a couple days. It worked a lot better for me than Flonase. Much less expensive at DG.

Helped my husband but not me. I tried NyQuil, Robitussin, Benadryl, Xanax. Codeine cough syrup didn't even touch it. I just suffered and didn't get a full night's sleep for about two weeks. I've had some bad coughs in my life but this was terrible.

Any time I have sinus issues I do claritin/Flonase/mucinex/sudafed (pseudoephedrine HCl) combo. It’s science.

I was just in a pub packed to the gills with people at 7am this morning and most of them had sinus crap going on.
Most of them were treating it with alcohol. Seems to work.

I tried everything under the sun besides going to Dr for shot. Took me right at 6 days to get over the sore throat, congestion, tiredness etc.
