Yeah. The run off from I-59/20, Frontage Road, and the commercial parking lots runs through that pipe to Sowashee Creek behind the IHOP. That creek moves a bunch of water during a heavy rain.

The road there was closed for a while and the interstate is right behind there but was always opened. They determined the collapse was contained and couldn't spread and reopened that road. They just recently finished that parking lot and fricked up that job. The drainage under the service road and interstate had been there for years and was safe.
