All the explosions im hearing are in the distance. Nothing on my street or block so there’s no way to tell where’s its coming from.

If I had to guess mid city, central city and the 7th Ward

I guess we be "trailer trash" in the river parishes cause we been doing fireworks and bonfires for decades. It's a celebration as we light up the way for St. Nick on Christmas Eve with our bonfires on the levee, mostly on the east side.
Feel free to come down next Christmas eve and walk up to a local and call them "trailer trash" to their face, while they're all full up with "spirits". I'm sure you will go home with a souvenir of the exchange.

Saw this last night on my drive back from the Dell. Someone off of Rosedale road was putting in quite the display around 11:30p.
