A judge overturned this.
Am I reading it right that it was overturned, InfoWars is back on the air, website & studio given back, and now the Onion and the bankruptcy lawyers face criminal charges for lying about the sale?

I like Texas Monthly’s headline this morning:
Area Man’s Website Purchased by Satirical Newspaper

Sounds like that sale is null and void now

nawl, the sale has some weird stuff going on like the people that alex jones owes money to will take less for the Onion bid compared to the larger bid of $3.5 million from another company.
if the Onion's bid is overruled the other company will be the winning bidder

Research the actual facts regarding the DOJ & Court's Trustee who commandeered the (non/illegal) auction. There were soo many blatant violations of the Law & Judge's instructions involved in the rigged sale that Court immediately restored/returned control & full access of InfoWars back to Alex Jone. There were so many violations, irregularities and clear cut, egregious felonies committed @ so many levels that A.J.'s lawyers are overwhelmed with various routes, strategies to successfully sue and perhaps force an utter reversal whereby A.J. ends up owning the Onion (research/read/learn for yourself)!
In fact, A.J./InfoWars may not even have to sue themselves to "win" and also be awarded huge $$ damages.... due to the lawsuits, cases being filed by the Attorney's/Legal Teams representing the OTHER Buyers/Bidders/Parties, including Elon Musk's, who were illegally defrauded and "shut out" of the "auction" process which was fraught with collusion, fraud and rigged by the trustee & others. It was basically turned into a Private Sale for purchase by the Onion.....excluding the other Buyers/Bidders who had met, followed all the parameters, rules and had placed real Bids with actual/available $ Funds $ that were FAR FAR higher than the Onion - who DID NOT have the Funds/Cash and was allowed to use an IOU (based only on potential/hopeful future earnings) by the Trustee!

The onion was funny 20+ years ago, but they have been shite for years. Satire was better back when you could tell the difference between fake and real news.

Onion had to give infowars back to the great Alex Jones.

Sadly, it's not Satire that has changed...
