I'm not going, but will be taking friends to the one in Gulfport on Wednesday.
Has anyone signed up to work in the salmon factory in Alaska? Thoughts? Would you recommend it?

working on a salmon fishing boat is a little different than moving to Alaska to work in a salmon processing factory

They call it the slime one. Make good money but a lot of overtime.
College kids used to dominate the industry but it's mainly Filipinos and Mexicans now.
Most college age kids now workin the tourism industry, thousands of jobs open in that sector
