High tax, corruption, not a business friendly regulatory environment so I disagree.

My dad drove a big rig, and I watch a lot of videos on youtube from sellers of class 8 trucks. Man those things are plush now compared to the ones I used to ride in with my father.
They all talk about their inventory on their lots, so some are out there, but maybe not the configurations needed by many.
I really would love to do that for a living.

I work for a wood Truss manufacture... Our plant is set up to run 60K -70k board feet of lumber a week.... we’ve got enough on the books to run 140K a week for the next 6-8 months with more P.O.’s coming in daily

Indirectly related, but we can’t get enough people that are skilled in enterprise systems deployment - especially on the logistics and facilities side. People that understand logistics, DOT regulations, rail movement, IT, and yard/fleet management tools are in high demand now.
A lot of companies are pulling the trigger on big capital expenditures now, such as new truck fleets, new manufacturing equipment, and major IT initiatives.
We are pretty overwhelmed with all the work we are seeing. I basically spend as much time in Chicago as I do in Pittsburgh now. We have opportunities pretty much all over the US except Louisiana and Mississippi.
It’s a great problem to have.
I don’t think we’ll see the current rate of growth for more than a few years. Even if it doesn’t expand this fast, I hope the economy continues to stay this strong for at least the next 10+ years.

Yall need any oak? I've got 300 rail cars worth of rail dunnage from a cancelled project that i'm trying to get rid of. Only problem that it has half-moon cut outs to nestle 16" pipe. But in the right hands, someone could mill it down and use it.
