Are you saying your employer doesn't pay your coworker on sick days because he never uses his vacation? Why doesn't he just use a vacation day for his sick day?

I understand your lack of concern with coworkers health but what about the public that will consume the food you’re passing thru the window? No sympathy for those common folk?

Yeah he never puts it in as sick or vacation because he says he doesn't want to use it. I've tried to explain that he doesn't have to use it all at once or whatever. He just wants to bank as much as possible and hang on to it for some reason. Maybe he is planning on quitting one day and wants a couple months cushion or something. Who knows? The guy is weird af with just about everything else too.
