That's only because everyone prefers to be in Bossier.
I actually don't get the hate everybody on here has for whichever city aybody mentions, though I do think quite a bit of it is closer to good natured ribbing than actual hate, it's just so hard to tell on this type of format.

I’ve had to spend a good bit of time there for work a few years ago and didn’t think it was bad at all. It’s a small city, not sure what people expect.

I really think it stems from the loop.
While somewhat joking, this really is the key reason a despised baton rouge. It took forever to get anywhere, almost any time of day.
Sone hot girl wanted to hook up. Hell yeah! Damn, she lives off coursey near sherwood. Ill be very late for work, no can do.
Shreveport, a 20 minute drive is all the way across town (south shreveport to north bossier)
I get the population difference. But without LSU, i cant think of any reason to live in that hellhole
