Humans are one of the few mammal species that allow any member of the species to breed. Most animals have to fight and prove their strength to mate with the females. Therefore passing on the stronger genes to the next generation. Tigers, lions, deer, goats, heck even beavers...
Unfortunately many human females don't care if their choice of a mate can take care and protect her young or even pass on desirable traits such as intelligence and sound judgement.

I care though. I'm trying to prevent women from having children with men like GRTiger who possess poor reading comprehension. It will only result in little GRTigers who don't read well, which will in some way ultimately result all of us paying higher taxes.

We have removed natural selection from our breeding process.

Right. Intelligence comes in all different shapes and sizes.
And intelligence capacity =\= education level. I know some dumb motherfrickers that have college degrees and some incredibly smart people with only a HS diploma.

Interesting. I think I've shown here that my entire point was to take your words at face value, in an effort to teach a clearly less intelligent person how to better communicate. There are three groups, pecker. For the purposes of determining allowances, there are those with one attribute, those with both, and those with none. There are not 4. Unless you forgot to add some stipulation that those with only one cannot breed with someone with only the same attribute, separating them is unnecessary.
If you can't be convinced of the accuracy of that, you better hope you have the physical attributes of a professional athlete, or luck into mating with both a physically gifted and intelligent woman.
