should riding your bike in the bike lane with no hands be illegal?

I hate when I'm behind some hipster POS and he's riding with no hands and I have to put my phone down and pay attention and make sure he doesnt lose control and veer off into the main road....
Bike riders should have to have both hands on the handlebars at all times...it's very nerve racking for driver when they dont

Don't they have to follow the same rules of the road as car drivers? Do you drive your car with no hands? Seems like they could be ticketed for reckless operation.

yes and they dont...they ride against traffic, they fly through stop signs and red lights....the turn right on red when they arent supposed to...they ride faster than 20 mph in school zones
