1. Remove the patch from your fence
2. Wait till the dog gets in your yard
3. Slowly befriend it with hot dogs
4. Make the dog yours
5. Rename it
6. Tell him to fix the fence because your new dog might get out.

If the crap you put over the line was not going to be picked up for a while the guy was justified. By the time it would have been picked up, the grass would be dead, and then weeds come in.
You say the kid broke the fence, I don't doubt it, but do you think the little dumbass ran tell his parents he crashed in to it? Maybe the parents are too stupid to know he did it.

It occurred to me. Boosie saying that they 'have plans' for the fence area is what is pissing off this couple now. They are screaming over their loud TV right now. 'Honey, what do you think he will do, take down the fence then our dog gets out.' We will have to go put up our own fence inches by his. The 60 year old man will kill himself with a manual fence post auger.
