Should dogs be allowed on furniture?

I recently ghosted this guy due to the fact that he said animals do not belong on beds and sofas. Feeling like I dodged a bullet.

Oh no my dog sleeps in the bed with me every night. I think people shouldn’t have dogs if they can’t be allowed on the sofas at the very least

Never on the bed. That’s for sleeping and sex. My Great Dane would take up the whole fricking bed. She has a spot on the couch though.

Our lab comes inside at night but isn’t allowed on the furniture. She knows that and is fine with it.
