I'm surprised the use of "dindu" is still allowed around here.
That term makes me cringe, especially after seeing video of that dude that went kamikaze at a gathering beforehand calling people that. And I am not one to get triggered/rustled/whatever term is hip about stuff.

Yeaaaaa.....
someone hits you in the head with a chair and you stop beating their arse because someone asked you too.
Sounds like reality to me.

Chair thug will be expelled. Victim will get a talking to and told "I understand why you defended yourself, but I have to suspend you because of school policy. Sorry." Chair thug needs to be charged.

Someone did not ask her to. The teacher told her to, repeatedly. It was not a request. This is his classroom and he is in charge, not her.
This is why she should be suspended. Her advance actions may possibly justify it as well.
The white girl started the physical altercation. Hitting someone with a chair is against the law.
Why was the kid that was videoing it prepared? He/she certainly had advance knowledge that aggravated battery was about to occur.

The white girl said something about talking shite about her. This means the black girl probably violated the school's bullying policy

They both will be suspended and should be. No fighting in school.....
but noone is going to realistically stop after being hit in the head by a chair just because a teacher told them to. I know I wouldn't...I'd be too enraged if I wasn't knocked out.

In general if punches are thrown by both parties then both students get suspended.

I've never complained but it's the worst thing allowed here. The only good it does is it shows who the real racists are. But for the most part they weren't hard to spot anyway.

Both were fighting so both should be suspended. What's so hard to understand about that?

nothing at all.. but "both" were fighting because one hit the other with a chair. And the other gets suspended for defending herself? The whole "she should have stopped when the teacher told her to" argument doesn't hold water. She didn't push the girl or even sucker punch her. She hit her with a frickin chair. If this was my kid i would be patting her on her back for defending herself...
and teaching her to fight without pulling hair.
