Dude is younger than me and has already served 17 years and been arrested 13 times. Human scum.

If you've been arrested 10+ times we should deport you to some lord of the flies type of island and let you all kill each other.

I'm all for 2nd chances but eventually we just need to let people go. Somebody like that will always prey on decent people. We don't like the death penalty it seems so lets just ship them all off somewhere.

They lived/grew up in a neighborhood with 300k+ houses. Surprised me too.
