Dude, this is basically Government and Acadian.
There are $500k to $1M homes as close to that corner as the Youth Center is to that corner.

I know exactly where it is and it's experiencing some gentrification but it's still very close to the hood. Florida and Acadian, a mere 2 or 3 blocks away is sketchy as hell.

The hood is a few blocks away from anywhere in BTR. I still wouldn't classify Govt and Acadian as sketchy. It's not freaking Mohican.

Live in Ogden Park, have for years, and never had any problems. Great neighborhood.

I lived there for 4-5 years and I don't remember that area being ghetto. Maybe your definition and my definition of ghetto is different
