You won’t hear anything about this in MSM because licensed armed individuals took care of business.
If this had been a gun free church a lot more people would be dead.
Bravo to those who took care of business and prayers to those affected by the piece of trash who walked in there with the intent to do harm.

The screenshot I saw the security guy looked like he was wearing some kind of uniform. A lot of churches use off duty LEO.

I consider CC but I'm just uncomfortable with the thought of picking out the target in a crowd of upset people.
I've done a lot of shooting and hunting. Situational awareness must come automatically.

I don’t watch any of those networks or visit their websites.
I haven’t seen much of anything about it on twitter aside from coverage from the Star-Telegram.
You can credit those networks as much as you want, but if the church was shot up and everyone in attendance had died it would be 100x the story with gun control at the forefront.
The armed security working does not fit the narrative. Not anything about what I’m saying. These situations should be blasted across the airwaves non-stop as proof that the only defense in these situations are being prepared for them.

"Two people are dead and another person is in critical condition after a shooting at a church in White Settlement, west of Fort Worth, officials said.
White Settlement police were called about 10 a.m. to the West Freeway Church of Christ at 1900 South Las Vegas Trail, where three people were treated for gunshot wounds.
ADVERTISING
MedStar spokeswoman Macara Trusty said two of the wounded people — one of whom was the shooter — died at a hospital.
Paramedics resuscitated the third person, who went into cardiac arrest on the way to a hospital. That person remained in critical condition."
The shooting was captured on a live stream of Sunday’s worship service. In the video, which is no longer available on the church’s Youtube channel, a person stands and pulls out what appears to be a shotgun, then fires twice before someone toward the back of the sanctuary returns fire.
Some congregants holding guns rushed toward the shooter, while others ducked under church pews.
