Is there a hotel in the BR area that has a guy that shines shoes? I know they’re all over the place in NOLA.

Things I pay people to do:

1) cut grass and keep up landscaping
2) clean the house
3) wash my truck
4) press my shirts and slacks
5) shine my leather shoes and boots

I'm sure there more that I'm missing.

The black guy that ran it just bought the place about a year ago. They do good repair work too and aren’t expensive.

Go to the state capital.

Seriously.

I bring my new boots to him to detail.

You people are really so lazy that you won’t shine your own shoes? I will teach anyone that wants to learn.

These would probably cost me 1k per month

It ain't that much in this one horse town....plus I work from home so keeping the shirts and pants pressed isn't that big of a deal....most weeks I only wear that to mass

I can shine and have my fathers shine box. He taught all his sons at an early age how to shine shoes and clean weapons.

But it’s easy to drop them off and be done with it. I still shine on occasion and keep them up between. If that’s lazy well guilty as charged.

I can iron my own shirts too but like to keep local dry cleaners in business.

I wear slacks and a button down 5 days per week. My cleaning bill was easily $200 per month before I just started mostly buying wrinkle free clothes.

She cooks and cleans a good bit more than I do but she costs more than that

Yep I used to be on that schedule....working from home is a real nice deal when you consider that, gas, and commute time saved.
