Bought current vehicle in November, coming up on 40k miles. 
We go to New Orleans fairly often, Saturday night we drove down to Creole just to hang on the beach for a few hours, drove to Idaho a few months ago..by way of arizona, regular commute's 120-150 a day.
It's 30 something miles to the grocery store, you get used to it.

They didn't get ours yesterday either. They picked it up today though.
