How do you file this claim?
"Yes, I would like to make a claim... I was just in an accident and cops are on the scene."

(I'm being completely serious... Wouldn't the insurance company have heard this "urban legend" as well and be like, "We got another a-hole over here")

It sounds like a rumor made up by someone who hates all the fake injuries/lawsuits we have to deal with in our trashy state.
