Baton Rouge will be featured on A&E’s upcoming season of Nightwatch. I did a bit of thinking and I believe I figured out her plan.
Incompetent government = increase in violent crime = rise in emergency response calls = nationally televised show about emergency responders wanting to feature your city = national exposure for Baton Rouge = increase in city revenue.
It’s genius!
