Zoomers and Alphas are discovering that sharks inhabit the sea. I hope she's ok.

Even in Florida they're rare given the number of people who waddle out amongst them on a daily basis.

Ok, an article I read says Texas has had 45 unprovoked shark attacks since 1911, Florida has had 928. Hawaii & California with 195.

The number from Texas does not include today’s numbers.

Yes, shark attacks are more rare in Texas than in Florida, but they're still rare in Florida.

Shark - Apex predator...check.
Ocean - Where they live and eat...check
People - Plenty of them in the water...check

We are snacks in the big blue ocean! Just like grizzlies and browns in the mountains!

OK cool, if you don't go swimming out in the ocean you should be fine from sharks. Haven't heard of a shark attack in swimming pools or freshwater lakes and ponds. Never know though.
