Might be pleasant whether in Houston without the humidity. Unfortunately for us, DFW is usually dry all summer and scorching hot.

this is pretty normal weather for this time of year here

They don’t know. People always say we’re in for an active hurricane season every year then nothing happens. Same with being mild or colder winters. Nobody really knows it’s all bs

even in 2023 with basically no rain and 105 days, it was still humid as hell in the mornings

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM CDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN MILAM COUNTY...

At 1223 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located 7 miles east of
Cameron, or just south of Maysfield, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado.

You think? This rainfall is a bit outside the norms. Don’t get me wrong, it is sorely needed. I know Texoma is full, I would guess the other reservoirs in the area are as well.

Forecast is constantly changing, as usual. Now looks like we might have a dry morning tomorrow. It will change 3-4 more times before then.

All schools in the Acadiana area are closed Wednesday.

HHR model is showing 12" of rain just south of the Lafayette area
