Likely nothing outside of being banned from Spotter Network and tracked closely by them and everyone else.
They could file Federal charges against her, but it likely wouldn't go anywhere. It is an actual crime to file false storm reports like that. Proving malicious intent would be the issue. If she keeps on, though, I'd imagine the case would be easier.

Regarding the Ohio woman, I understand trolls will do anything for attention and I think that explains a lot of shite like this but this one makes very little sense to me. She doesn’t gain attention unless she gets caught, what In the world would motivate her to do this?
