Not an expert by any means, but I would say expect a lot of wind, rain, lightning and a possible tornado in the mid-morning.

I mean there’s a chance, not saying it will happen. But with severe weather there is always a chance for a tornado

Couldn’t tell ya, all I know is my meteorologist in Shreveport hit on what would be happening down south is more high wind and lots of rain but it could be serious and tornadic.

Any updates for Haughton?

Straight line winds in Bossier were bad enough I could feel it pushing the walls and shaking the door frames and that's a brick house on concrete slab. Felt like the roof was gonna come off. That was wild.

Tornado south of Haughton crossing Hwy 157 headed towards doyline.

You had the tornado warning posted for Bossier Parish before the Weather Service website had it posted.

I was watching the storm here in Shreveport and nothing blowing hard enough to do more than shake a few lingering leaves from my oak tree. Ton of rain for about 30 minutes straight though.

I was thinking “there ain’t shite to this”...then that wind arrived.
I guess I should get the wife and kids from the closet.

Same. I was leaning against the wall looking west through the window when it hit and I felt the wall move. Never felt that one before.

Poor wife is freaked. Not gonna bother looking for damage till tomorrow. I seriously thought I might be about to get squashed by my house.
