North Webster here.

71 degrees and winds whipping.

If this bitch ever turns East it’s gonna be a clown show.

Wind is whipping fairly hard in Maurepas. Pretty sure the water has come up at least a foot since this afternoon.

I see I’m under a coastal flood advisory.

North Bossier reporting in. Good steady southerlies. Plenty of humidity in it. Gonna be heavy once we get hit I suspect. Lots of lightning to the west. Low scud only allows for view of the tops glowing.

Yup. I’ve got some buddies of mine training out in the field at Barksdale. They’ll be in for a night if it hold up. They’re probably not even in tents

First casualty at our house is the trampoline the kids got for Christmas. They are going to be pissed.

Well if it helps, they have pretty obviously turned the Barksdale Bubble Machine on. Watch the radar.

Haha I’m watching. I just hope they get rained on hard and nothing serious. The Barksdale bubble is real I don’t care what anybody says!

I do look forward to hearing how miserable their training evolution was, nobody bitches as hard or as well as a Marine.

Unless something changes in the next hour, this looks like some weakness going into the predicted higher risk zone. It is messy and disorganized.

This doesn’t bring anything to the discussion, but man it’s getting more windy here in Baton Rouge. Been a windy day but now it feels like a hurricane is coming or I’m at the beach. Pretty ominous.
