We lived in legacy hills before we bought in CCL. We liked it there minus the plants being so loud at night.

Hey funny guy I've lived here for 10 years now. Good try on the humor, but to bad it sucked arse. Also, I don't drive that direction I go up Nichlson so again stupid comment.

I take that same route. Sorry my sarcasm was lost on you. I'll dumb it down next time

I mean, you could say anywhere in any part of Baton Rouge takes 30 mins. But my drive time and distance will be shortened big time living off Hwy 74. Just another idiot thinking he's being cute.

It wasn't really sarcasm. More like dumbassism. But 2008 graduate says it all for me.

Wife said she saw light hail. We live off Highway 74 near Bluff Road. I think she is full of crap.

gotcha...

we looked at a couple of houses in legacy hills when the plans for building our own fell through with he first builder.... they were all just too typical BR/French Chateau for us... with lots of wasted living space and awkward layouts/floorplans....

we eventually did just build in lakes at twin oaks...

Wow. You guys are really defensive of a traffic situation that any objective observer would see as ridiculous. Chill

I've lived in this area since 2003

And my comment was about the 30min delay takes to navigate the Hwy73/I10 interchange. I stand by that comment.

OAE... nice place... we almost built in OAS... at one time, we were gonna be the second house on the left.... but the deal with that builder, who underestimated the build, then just kept delaying shite until we just said frick him and got another builder on another lot...

yeah, we like it... originally we wanted to be in Fountain Hill, mainly because it looked the most impressive because of the entrance and shite, but the one lot we wanted wasn't for sale, and we could get any info on who owned it to make a bid for it... went through a couple of places, OAE, Maplewood estates, etc, but eventually settled here...

i love that it's small, almost completely done, and the lot are big... we got 1/2 acre, compared to the usual 1/3 acre or something around that size
