Seth Dunlap Attorney accuses Entercom of stalling..

When I read this it sounds more defensive than offensive. It looks like they know Seth did it or, at a minimum think Entercom has reason to make that case, and are already setting up the defense.

I agree. I'm just laughing at the fact that he took one. The press release it says it's 95% reliable.

To be clear, I do NOT think that Seth actually did this himself, although we have seen that kind of thing repeatedly.
I think some idiot at the station whom is "friends" with Seth thought he was on his burner and accidentally posted from the account.
Entercom probably has a bunch of corporate policies and are doing a thorough investigation into this, on their own schedule, not on his PI lawyer's schedule.
Once he got a lawyer, they saw the writing on the wall and have absolutely no obligation to share a thing with him except in discovery once they file a lawsuit...and probably ask for a protective order from the Court.
Releasing anything to them right now does them no good and isn't necessary.

just guessing here... Entercom is making no public comments b/c the company assumed a lawsuit was coming and is making sure it has its ducks in a row for whatever may come

If it was not Seth why not go ahead and file suit and begin discovery rather than play a game with a worthless lie detechor test and this press release.
This is not Megan Kiefer's first rodeo. She has handled this sort of case previously. This release is a fishing expedition to try and force Entercom to show their hand.

Which is why I think he'd be an absolute moron to do this. Maybe he is, I don't know.
To me, it just sounds like someone at WWL, like you said, thought they were on their personal account and tweeted that. But I feel like if it one of his friends joking with him, Seth wouldn't be lawyering up and releasing these statements.
If it was someone who worked at the station who posted that from the WWL account, he deserves to lose his job. Not for any PC-reasons, but because that person is obviously an absolute moron.
