GREEN BAY — A Green Bay man with at least a 30-year history of molesting horses around central Wisconsin will spend two years on probation for committing a similar offense early this year in Brown County.
Sterling Rachwal, 54, also was sentenced to serve time in jail, for two charges stemming from a molestation in Manitowoc County, but he already served that time since his arrest. Therefore he will serve no additional time unless he violates probation, Brown County Judge Tim Hinkfuss ordered Friday.

what do you think the punishment should be? Did no actual harm to the horse and doesn't become a taxpayer burden. But, we all know he'll do it again and end up in jail.

Tbh, I don’t really care if a guy fricks horses. Not really my business. If the horse dislikes it, he’ll get kicked anyway. One kick from a horse will end that arse play quick.
