They're the real racists now
Don't think the right thinks black people are too stupid to get IDs and figure out how to vote.

Hey, we get it.
You have a very low opinion of black people and you think it's awesome that they run around promoting all sorts of variations of that trashy word...
You wanna be a racist idiot, go ahead.
Most of us just want to treat our brothers with respect, not look down on them as if they were so trashy that this word is "ok" for them to use....

What lawsuit are we hypothesizing about - wrongful termination?
Assuming she's terminated, yes.
She could easily show this language is allowed on school property regularly, with no reprisals, so her text message on a day off outside of school property should not have resulted in her firing.

The soft bigotry of low expectations, I get it.
It doesn’t excuse anything.

The right (correctly) doesn’t care if stupid people don’t get to vote because they can’t get an ID. We don’t want stupid people voting.

And then she'd end up with a 5-figure bill in sanctions
In fact, if they didn't terminate her, the other employee likely could sue them for creating a hostile work environment in violation of the CRA
quote:
he single use of a racial epithet can give rise to a viable claim of a hostile work environment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, according to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Title VII prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of race.
An employee sued his employer, alleging, among other things, that his supervisor called him the N-word in the presence of other workers, thereby creating a hostile work environment. The lower court dismissed the claim, concluding that a single comment was insufficient to support a claim under Title VII.
On appeal, the 5th Circuit reversed the decision, deciding that the employee had stated a viable claim. While acknowledging it had previously found that a single instance involving the use of a racial slur does not, in and of itself, support a hostile work environment claim, the appeals court clarified that the question depends on the totality of the circumstances.
The court went on to explain that the N-word is an especially offensive term and suggested that there is perhaps no single act that could create a hostile work environment quicker than a supervisor's use of a racial epithet in front of subordinates.
By holding that a single incident can give rise to an actionable hostile work environment claim under Title VII, the 5th Circuit joined a growing consensus among federal appellate circuits. The message is clear: One racial slur is one too many.
Woods v. Cantrell, 5th Cir., No. 21-30150 (March 24, 2022).

I, umm, highly highly doubt she’d win.

Nope. She'd easily win.

Again, nope. If he's truly a coach, he absolutely is on video on a practice field walking right by people using that term without batting an eye.

Correct, the legal standard is not, "since students use the N-word as a hailname, in a non-derogatory sense, then co-workers can use the N-word as a racist, derogatory term."

I await your citation for this legal argument.

tWhite guilt is strong. Never ceases to amaze.
Regular person: There's an obvious double standard
SJWs: It only bothers you because you're insecure and racist.

No, but we live in a society where just about everything is recorded now.

No my argument was made out explicitly and multiple times, even with visual aids for the intellectually deficient

Suck to be her!
I've texted wrong person a couple of times, not a good thing.
The only problem here is that she made a mistake and it was displayed publicly.
I'm sure I'll "trigger" some, but there are different levels of prejudice. Because she said something stupid doesn't mean she acted that way professionally.

To be fair, this has been the case for decades and is now even worse among white democrats.

Progs believe black folks are wards of their secular religion and subscribe to nannyism to help protect and keep them in line.
