Why do y’all ignore that the interstate was closed? There were nobody going 70 mph there for the last 19 days. But for some reason this dumbass doesn’t understand that and according to the preliminary report they think he went up the wrong way on an exit ramp. How do you just explain that as not “intentional” unless the dude has a mental condition. There was no impairment.
