I based it on world data in a community level infection/high test frequency scenario whose numbers were replicated in multiple places.
You typically don’t model these kind of things based on a country a couple hundred thousand. Especially not to the exclusion of all other data.
They tested 2000 people, with 200 positives and you are clinging to it over datasets containing thousands of positives across hundreds of thousands of sample tests.

When the first US patient died three weeks ago, the doctors that analyzed the genetics of the patient's virus said it had been silently spreading in Washington for six weeks.
So it has been spreading for nine weeks now. We are probably peaking right now, but the dingleberries at the CDC wouldn't allow any testing. We should have been MASS testing everybody six weeks ago. If we had done that the hysteria would be starting to subside now. We have probably another eight weeks of chicken littling at the rate we are testing.
