I thought they died off a lot longer than 4000 years ago

Have they not seen the 5 movie they have made about this?

Just so the humans can re-extinct their arse 10,000 years later? No, thank you Nature has already said no. They keep fricking with the permafrost just to expose extinct species they’re going to set free a bacteria or virus that will make the ‘Rona seem like child’s play.

And they said Dino Riders was just a child's cartoon....it's happening!

Science, like nature, must also be tamed.

How did Noah get two of those giant beasts on his ark? Or is that why they went extinct?

Well why not? Absolutely nothing could possibly go wrong here!

I, for one, will worship my woolly mammoth overlords and always plead for forgiveness for they are all knowing and all powerful.

I want a fur hide. Would make a winter Alberta camping trip easy peasy.

While we are at it let's bring back the Dodo Bird. Looks delicious like maybe a duck chicken hybrid and like it could be domesticated.

Ok so moral and sensibility questions aside, wouldn’t it make much more sense to bring back an animal you could argue humans were responsible for the extinction of? Mammoths went extinct for natural reasons, that’s what nature decided, how is it our business to change that?

Indigenous peoples in the Arctic circle hunted many animals to extinction

I can't wait for us to bring them back only for them to become hunting game.
My new wooly mammoth coat will be very warm.

$15 million could help a frickton of people, but no let’s clone a fricking animal

Sorry. It had its chance. It’s over now.
And a genetic mutant is not something we want walking around.
