I'd try starting with a different assumption - that you might be wrong and don't understand why you are.

So this is going to hurt my soul to say, but I don't have a PCP. My doctor from BR is still prescribing my medications and I've lived in TN since May 2019. It's a simple hey Walgreens ask for a refill thing and my doctor just does it.
