If you look at recent history, Florida courts are all over the map on these crimes. There are some women that get 1-4 years and others that are serving 20+ years. I suspect that her big-time lawyer dad is connected and will get her a very light sentence with a lot of probation and "community service" type time.

These laws were created to protect our daughters from predatory male teachers, not to protect our sons from smoke show female teachers.
