Just curious as to what happens when school does not go back in session? Do you just keep the kids because school didnt go back in session? Do you act like summer schedules? What happens?

Most possession orders say that the child stays with the parent until school resumes. As such, they stay with the same parent as they were with during spring break.

Technically most schools will still require some work, therefore the school year schedules can remain in place.

Maybe you could be a respectable human and cooperate with your ex-wife for what will be the best for the children at this time. It's not just about "my time" with the kids.

How is it worded in your agreement? I’d imagine the kid goes back to the other parent at what should have been the end of the break. Ours is 50/50 and doesn’t change for spring break. Not helpful.

Getting advice on what to do with your kids from strangers on the internet.
Nice.

No, really this is one of those times not to be a selfish prick.
Example:
You ex-wife is a Nurse in a Senior Facility and you can work you IT job from home - the kids should stay w/ you. Vice versa. Seriously - consider their well-being here too. And yes, I know kids have not gotten the condition (*under 9).
