Saw this BREC ad on TheAdvocate about some sort of drag/promiscuous girl show?

Am I interpreting the modern use of "baddie" and the imagery correctly?
I moved away from the Baton Rouge area, but a lot of you are still paying for this.

I get that it is 18+ with alcohol. The graphic style and language is teenager like to me. It's just strange for a public parks system to be doing. I dunno. It's just very odd marketing and phrasing.

However - Look at the graphic stylization and language on the ad, bro. What adults use the term "Baddie". I just think it's really odd for a parks system to be doing. The target audience has to overlap with parents that take their kids to library drag shows by a wide margin on the venn diagram.

Is that open ended? how much tax money are you willing to spend on it before you have an issue with it? Or is it infinite when 18+?
eta: The thing could be a net revenue generator and I still kinda don't think it's a good use of government. When I lived in Central I couldnt even find a useable baseball field to go as a family to play some baseball. I was told you have to know somebody. Had to drive to neighboring parishes. Ended up moving away so whatever but the things we tolerate in Louisiana are mind boggling to many outsiders.
