Turns out he sprained his ankle celebrating on the putting green and was instructed by his physician to stay off of it for a week.

Early 20's probably. Working out with light weights but still getting it done. Kind of got me in the feels. I thought about shaking his hand and telling him I admired him but didn't know how to broach the subject.
Meanwhile we have fatties watching Netflix and eating Cheetos.
Fat people are scum.

It gets old.
But I do laugh at this one.
Dude lit his fireworks then couldn't get his chair to move away from them...

The person in that chair didn't really look to be disabled in any way. More than likely, that was someone, who could walk, just fricking around.

Nope. He's legitimately disabled. He's a professional daredevil too. Aaron Fotheringham

That's pretty badass. Not just because he is in a wheelchair, but because like any pro daredevil, the practice and training that goes into perfecting their stunts are insane.

Not in the lease bit humorous...pretty shitty comment..
As a handicapped man, who isn't universally reviled like OweO, I disagree. I laughed.

Depending on his condition, it may be a part of a way to fight off the progress of a degenerative condition.
The man may just be trying his best to stay as healthy as he can, outside of being in there as a workout warrior.

I play tennis with a guy in a wheelchair, he's one of the cockiest guys I know. Used to think he was an a-hole until I started playing on his team instead of against him and got to know him better. Great guy.

As a guy in a wheelchair I liked the joke. This world would be pretty boring if we can't laugh at ourselves.

I saw a jacked up F250 parked in the handicapped space at the gym and no baws in there looked disabled in the gym.

OP reminds me of Zach Morris in the SBTB episode when he kept reminding the girl that she was in a wheelchair.

Speaking of patronizing comments...
No kidding.
I mean, the humorous is in the arm

OweO wait your seriously in a wheelchair? I always thought that was a joke.

I work with a dude in a wheelchair, got paralyzed from a car accident.
He still hits the gym at work 3-4 times a week and can outlift me by a long shot. He still lives a fairly normal life, drives a badass lifted handicap van and has ridden motorcycles on closed courses quite a few times. If you’d offer him any sympathy he’d troll the frick out of you.

My son uses a wheelchair. He is not confined to it right now but needs it for long days/distances. He has to use it when he goes to school. But he's just a kid. He doesn't see himself any differently than anyone else. So, a couple of years ago, I went to his Christmas party at school, and this older kid walks up to him and says something to the affect of how sorry he was for my son and how he thinks he's a cool guy. It was very weird. And my son was so confused by it. He was like, "What was that about?" I just feigned ignorance knowing full well it was about the chair. But he just shrugged it off and was like, "I bet it's because I didn't win the raffle."
Moral of the story: don't be weird just because someone is in a wheelchair.
