Don't respond to her from here on out. She is likely following a trend and I doubt anything will come from it. I had a friend who was accused of rape. The girl sent a Facebook message to almost every dude she ever slept with going into detail on why she "felt" she was raped. Making shite up. Dude did respond but immediately reached out to a lawyer and was told not to ever speak to her again and that they didn't think anything would come of it, so far nothing has.
Also, just because you are drunk doesn't mean you can't consent, so her story will have to be more than that to file anything.
This really makes one have a very biased opinion about rape in America. It's ridiculous how many women take advantage of rape and what it actually is.

No need to prove anything to these idiots man. I'm usually the one to joke around here but this is potentially a life changing situation that you need to avoid. Step 1: Formally deny the accusations. If she calls and happens to try to get you to talk about it, there is a high probability that the call is being recorded. Dont' even entertain the idea. Saving your correspondence is a good idea as well.
Step 2: Tell her the next time she attempts to speak with you, that it better be through your lawyer (you better already have a fricking lawyer) because accusations of that magnitude are not to be taken lightly. You may be innocent until proven guilty, but you're going to have to shell out a whole lot of cash to maintain your innocence. Sadly I've seen this first hand.

Your carrier has all the texts. If you actually got in a criminal case (or even civil), you can subpoena all of those records.
