TH03 #1 removing these statues are just a part of the problem.
#2 whether you like it or not, the Confederacy is a part of the history of this country.
#3 you should realize that a prime example of how bad this will be is Venezuela. the people that have now run that country into the ground started their movement by erasing their history...piece by piece. Well, here we are.

This is where the whole thing is going wrong. Legit argument that you can’t buck the narrative of BLM without being called a racist right now. Lumping the preservation of confederate monuments into this will lead to self-sabotage.

That quote from Crouere doesn't really have anything to do with the Confederacy. Maybe he said something else that did. If so, that's what should be quoted- not something about Andrew Jackson
